5 PEAKS Fitness represents an idea that “being fit” isn’t necessarily relegated to one function. Just because a person is either lean, conditioned, strong, or flexible, does not necessarily mean they are “fit”.
Health related fitness can be defined through five components, which are body composition, cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength, muscular endurance, and flexibility. To be “fit”, an individual should possess a certain level of proficiency within each component.
My goal is to provide each client with the best service I can through guided, structured training that will help them improve upon each area.
